Surfboard Blanks - SURFER'S CHOICE for Custom-Made Surfboard Blanks
As a natural extension of our fabricated foam products, Pacific Allied is now pleased to offer EPS foam in a variety of densities and configurations for the surfboard industry.
We offer densities ranging from 1.0lb to 2.4lb, which provide the core for lighter, stronger boards.
Shapers can choose from taking delivery of a solid foam block in lengths to 16 feet, or take advantage of our Gateway computerized cutting machinery. This tool allows us to quickly cut up to 32 blanks from a single 16’ block of foam, ready for you to apply the stringer.
We can load your blank specifications into our software and keep on record for future cuts. Your specs are proprietary—we don’t provide to anyone else what we create exclusively for you.
Finally, take advantage of our delivery service on Oahu, or let us arrange neighbor island shipping. Either way, because we manufacture exclusively on Oahu, you’ll benefit from local vs. mainland shipping costs.
